  1. I was one burpee away from finishing round 4….i would have done it as well if i hadn't counted the mountain climbers as 1+1 move equals one step….think i'll do two more rounds but not for time.

  2. The first time I did this workout I completed 2 rounds plus a full round of bicep curls and mountain climbers.  After 3 solid weeks of working out, I did it again; that time, I completed 3 rounds plus a full round of curls, mountain climbers and dead lifts.

    Then I fell into my usual episode of depression.  In two weeks of doing nothing good for myself I gained weight and lost self-esteem.

    Today is my first day getting back to working out, my first day feeling better.  And I completed 4 rounds plus 2 bicep curls.  I'm so damn proud of myself.  Thank you so much, Zuz, for these wonderful workouts.

  3. did 5 rounds (in 11:30 minutes, didn't want to stop the round in the middle)
    Used 2 bottles of water (each 1,5 kg, )because that's the only weight I could find right now, and for the sumo thing used a bag with the 2 bottles in it and other heavy stuff.
    THank you for this workout.

  4. 4 rounds and 4 bicep curls.. :)) yeah i should have done more if i have choose heavier dumbell for my tiny arms LOL 4kg bicep curl and press up i'm so proud of me.

  5. Before I started doing your workouts I could only do 1 push up , which took every ounce in my body to do. I have been doing your workouts for 4 days and I can now do 10 pushups! My goal was to be able to do 30 push up before the summer. I am sure with your workouts I will reach that goal before the summer! Thank you so much! Im going to buy all of your DVDs (:
