  1. Damn! Wow!!! I'm recovering from rotator cuff surgery, so I can't do this at the moment. However, as soon as I'm able to resume vigorous exercise, I'm here!

  2. Wow, this was quite a workout in a short time. Some of the moves I can't do, but I loved trying out new moves, like the push up with kick through! Wow, I can feel myself getting stronger! Thank you, Zuzka!

  3. Hello Zuzka. I wonder if there are some prep exercises to be able to get to this level. Especially to work the quads to support the knee joint. Thank you and faithfully yours…

  4. Ok i'm really choked that you wouldn't playback zwow number 2 right behind you the zwow 1 why would you put this one as the second one to the playback in your list!!!!
    I'm not happy Im really pissed actually I was playing the zwow# 1, (part one) when it automatically played to the next video and this is what I get. Zuzka please fix this add the two together ,,,, part 1 and part 2 only f**** makes sense. Very ticked of here. Thanks for the workout, , but please put the playback in order.

  5. How do you do these without hurting your back? I've tried training pistols this way before and yowsa it rolled my spine hard. Was I doing something wrong???
