Yesterday i completed a month of youre workouts:") my results are amazing today is my first day of my second month and sat i added 10 xtra pounds to my training nd putting extra work on it wen i run out of strengh new one builts up stronger nd i start seeing greater results

11/06 – 11.30 – normal straight knees pushups
13/06 – 10.50 – all clap pushups
I have 3kg dumbbells and pretty sure my burpees were better form too.
wooo will revisit in a couple of weeks and see if I can beat 10 mins in perfect form!! 🙂

Use filled waterbottles..some people use cans of food etc but I would find them too big to grip properly.
