I didn't run 1 mile .. I just did 5 rounds of this amazing workout 🙂 It is raining outside and I am lazy to run in rain … :). Great workout, broad jumps are perfect 🙂 feel them in my legs

That was perfect, now after my zwows I can add a 1 mile run to complement, it's short, fast, great cardio and I won't miss the fredoom sensation of running, thanks Zuzana.
Love to see you running… i've being a runner for about 6 years now and i've been doing your work out for 3 years… not with as regular as i would like but i'm trying this days i'm at these point right now and i doing just well also working on a healthier diet…

Instead of doing 8min high knees in my apartment, I did a total of 5 rounds and 2min of high needs in 15:33. Great workout 🙂

Would love to go for a run but it is -5 and snowing (i.e. not Southern California)…I think i could tough it though. I have so much energy after these workouts anything is possible.

so the 8 minute mile was more like a 13 minute mile. Considering last year I might have taken me a half hour at least, I'm pretty proud of that. My goal is to make it a 10 minute mile and go from there.
Do you ever use barbells? I know the push press (thrusters) can be performed with a barbell as well for strength training.

(Not just for women) I have been Fitness Training for twenty years and I love your ZWOW workout routines. As a US Army Ranger, I got an earful from the guys about girly workouts. However after witnessing my results that has all stopped. Keep doing what you do Zuzana you rock and are and inspiration for many.
