  1. This will lead to elbow and wrist problems…. picking up any object, use the natural narrow grip to safely build mass….the difference is negligible, it's not worth twisting your wrist.

  2. I've always seen this at times, but wasn't aware of supination at all. This was a great tip, Jeff. I'll have to look more into your videos and get other tips to improve my exercise structure.

  3. the amount of genuine care Jeff has for everyone is such a great thing to see. So many other youtubers make "tips" and "do this " vidoes that are really just meant to show themselves off and have you watch them work out.
