It's sort of like the how tricep extensions are also better if you can rotate your wrists or how pull-ups are easier if you can rotate your wrists.

This will lead to elbow and wrist problems…. picking up any object, use the natural narrow grip to safely build mass….the difference is negligible, it's not worth twisting your wrist.
I wish I could do that – my elbows have never allowed supination, especially on my left.

I've always seen this at times, but wasn't aware of supination at all. This was a great tip, Jeff. I'll have to look more into your videos and get other tips to improve my exercise structure.
