  1. The officer went against the DA orders, harassed a man who was simply in his home not interfering with nobody, busted open his door without a warrant? Yea he had it coming

  2. Let’s just remember if this person was darker in color it would’ve been a national news kind of thing. This shows you the bias and media coverage when a white guy gets killed.

  3. Hard one to call I think. It seems the area did not have a priority to ridding the community of drugs, not enough police on the force, and drug dealers getting too much freedom to keep dealing. I mean, come on, your McDonald's gets shut down because of meth contamination? This dealer was living right by children? There's no good way this could be solved, because one of the ways is just ignoring the main problem. Bad situation.

  4. I could be wrong but Im pretty sure I dealt with that (ex)cop before. I pretty sure he wrote me a ticket while I was fixing a trailer. the plug had gotten pulled out of while driving. I was at parts store parking lot and the officer wrote me for having inoperable lights not a fix it ticket.

  5. Just because you’ve got a badge doesn’t make you all of a sudden able to violate the constitution you swore to uphold and defend. I honestly think the cop should be in prison but no blind loyalty is what saved him sad really sad

  6. He had no business breaking in without a warrant,at that point the dude have every right to shoot him and treat him as a threat, that cop was breaking the law they are supposed to uphold it not abuse it and in this case he paid for it

  7. fancy words to describe a warrantless entry. So everyone understands, even if a cop has reason to arrest you he can not enter your home without a warrant. Even if that cop has a warant to enter your home to arrest you and you are in someone else's home, he needs a warrant to enter that home. If you are outside your home and the officer tells you that you are under arrest and you flee into the home, that is exigent circumstances and he can follow you.

I was in this exact same situation over 2 corrupt cops and they tried to kick down my door without a warrant, the sound of s shotgun racking was enough to convince them to go get a warrant. ALL CHARGES DROPPED

  8. The cop 💯 escalated that situation and forced it into a deadly confrontation. He should have waited him out and picked him up sometime when he was out and about not going in alone into an unknown situation behind a locked door when there was no deadly threat at that point.

  9. This was so unnecessary. He lied, but that doesn't warrant breaking down his door and illegal entry. No exigent circumstances existed. No backup and going against advice. Unnecessary and here's the result. Was all of this really worth getting some guy for lying?

  10. ACAB. Too much talking to explain what he did. His ego had him break laws and it resulted in someone being dead. How many damn videos do we have to see of police doing the “wrong” thing. It’s time you all begin holding yourselves to a higher standard. Follow the laws and quit moving the damn goalposts to suit your actions. Qualified immunity protects killers and abusers. Prove me wrong. I got receipts as you all like to say.

  11. This cop being on the force for so long should know to be putting a tourniquet on as soon as the threat is down…. he's was loosing blood fast. 2 and a half liters of blood loss is a death sentence for a normal person, for an in shape person its a 50/50 chance to survive.
