  1. You know whats a waste of time? Listening to you. And that doesn't come from gregs current situation against you, thats just a reminder, I knew always that you treat a random recent study like a divine holy book of truths, and you change opinions like pair of socks. Fallacy of authority is blowing up on this one.

  2. I can only go 2 times a week.. Friday night for like 2-3 hours.. and then Saturday for 2-3.5 hour.. I feel like you CAN build muscle with 30 minute sessions.. but you have to build so much more when you’re able to push you muscles further and you can train specific muscles when you have more time.. also I was fat for like 3 years.. so I do include like 45 minutes of cardio

  3. how correlates study about experienced trainees and getting in shape? if you are experienced trainee you are already in some shape, if not this is straight way to injuries

  4. Who tf says this? Never heard of this so called myth? Influencers are always creating fake problems so they can seem more helpful when offering unsolicited advice. 😕

  5. Watching this after a solid 4 hour gym session is so funny. Yes, what he said is true, but if you genuinely enjoy the exercise it can be fun to just destroy yourself a few times a week. Usually it's only 1.5-2hrs 4-5 days a week but I missed a day so I made up for it.

  6. Maybe this is good advice for people who can't find the time to exercise frequently. But I have done 2/week, 3/week, and 4/week cycles and I gain far far more strength and visible definition in the 4/week cycles. It's not that 2/week isn't "worth it" but I find it impossible to believe if you can four 4 45 minute sessions a week, that isn't better than 2.

  7. Im training 2-1 (2 days workout 1 day rest) I train triceps/shoulders , chest/ABS, and biceps/back, usually I end about in 30 min, been traning for half a year and definitely seeing the results, every training is better than none
