I walk 2 miles this industrial area full of trucks cemetery grave along the path. Might not be clean air of coyrse but i get my 45 min if walk daily.
I've increased walking because I am on medical leave from my place of employment. If I was working, I would probably walk shortly after work a few times a week, but not anywhere near as much as I am walking now
I struggled for months "finding time". Best solution was getting a dog. Forced me to find time to walk again. Maybe not the solution for everyone, but it goes to show I did have the time.

I do need to start walking again .. I’m turning 60 this month and I haven’t walked in over 5 yrs.. we’ve adopted 5 grandchildren and I quit walking 🥺. I miss it
