  1. I've increased walking because I am on medical leave from my place of employment. If I was working, I would probably walk shortly after work a few times a week, but not anywhere near as much as I am walking now

  2. I do need to start walking again .. I’m turning 60 this month and I haven’t walked in over 5 yrs.. we’ve adopted 5 grandchildren and I quit walking 🥺. I miss it
