So guys under 40 don't do this? I was watching Mike O'hearn and he was saying to hit the upper chest to get a jacked looking chest. So I started doing it. I noticed that focusing too much on flat bench, the mid chest grows too much and it almost starts looking like moobs without the upper chest build up.
What about biceps and triceps?

Always look forward or up on the deadlift. This will help with the curl of your spine and injury. Also, try using 35LBS plates. It will give you a longer rep distance. Oh, and use raps. You are not a pssy for this. You are not working on your grip. You will get more reps if you don't burn out your grip.

Slow it down on the negative.
Fully stretch the muscles.
Proper Technique is needed for the maximum gains.
