  2. So guys under 40 don't do this? I was watching Mike O'hearn and he was saying to hit the upper chest to get a jacked looking chest. So I started doing it. I noticed that focusing too much on flat bench, the mid chest grows too much and it almost starts looking like moobs without the upper chest build up.
