While most people focus on their biceps to achieve bigger arms, the triceps make up over 60% of the upper arm musculature.

  1. Do over head extensions with a curbed bar (ropes will take away too much of growth loss on grip) and let it reach back far, for max stretched, deeper the stretch, bigger the muscle growth. That and skull crushers have gotten me 18 inch arms.
Kickbacks are trash, if messing with it do do it with cables

  2. I'm always puzzled by the fact that the long head is the largest head of the triceps, because the other two triceps heads are heavily involved in all tricep movements, whereas the long head only really gets stimulated when it is put in a couple of awkward positions which aren't often done in day to day activity.

  3. Cable kickbacks, shown here briefly, probably provide more effective long head stimulation than barbell kickbacks which don’t stimulate much at the bottom or stretch position.
