whoa super cool!!!
The math didn’t math at the 4:40 mark but the video showed 38 thrusters accurately.
We get it though.
Wow, it’s crazy seeing Bruce Melnick now. I met him when I was a kid (I’m 43 now). He signed a photo for me and wrote a message on it. I think it said reach for the stars or something like that, I wish I could remember. Super cool guy.
27:28 lol well if it isnt the stapler guy! nice to see he moved on from that company that wasnt paying him
If it’s insane does that mean a psychiatrist is needed??
It's a disservice to say the space shuttle was a bad program, they really made the best out of what they knew at the time. The fact that this even worked is crazy
Mas mas mas.
By orbit, do you mean orbiter?
I suppose that hindsight about plugging a channel overlooks the thinking of the team at the time. I'd like to see the original report that recommended plugging the tube. The cost/ risk/ benefit calculation would be interesting. I wonder what probability they gave to a pin causing such troubles.
On a different note, did anyone else think about a dog actually catching a car when they were talking about catching the satellite?
Still terrible design tho
WHY are those NASA hired marionettes insistingly lecturing people how rocket engines work, WHEN they already know that: NOTHING flies floats or can be steered in a vacuum?
Insane is right … design a craft that has a heat shield prone to failure and kill everyone onboard, a craft that has no escape protection for everyone onboard when a catastrophic failure occurs during launch… NASA considers people as an expendable asset… only a naive idiot would get on board…
👍🙂
Thank you this was a really cool and quality video your voice is extremely listen to able lol you definitely got a like, sub, and a new regular customer
Where’s the real footage? All this cgi is only more fake “evidence” of a globe.
I wonder how it was to fall asleep in complete weightlessness. I wonder if astronauts had problems falling asleep
How could there be basketball courts if the earth is round? 🤯
How accurate are those target orbit senso4
this would be so fun o do. its badass what these men accomplished.. human ingenuity impresses my soul.
Das Video war einfach enttäuschend.
I'd say brilliant rather than "insane" engineering but nice video otherwise.

You are amazing. These videos are gold
Ambiblicals.
The insane physics of jump.
The insane effort of thrust.
The insane design of mass.
The insane grammar of bad.
Do one on the insane overuse of the word insane in video titles on YouTube.

"androgynous, with no male or female parts" NON BINARY SPACE SHUTTLE! shout-out to all my enby homies, love yall!
"androgynous, with no male kr female parts" NON BINARY SPACE SHUTTLE! shout-out to all my enby homies, love yall!

I so desperately want to visit space… Makes me very sad I will most likely never be in space
Nice video!
Sorry, but maybe learn how to say "umbilical" … it's not biblical, has nothing to do with the Bible.
