I was in those bottom rows lol, but id recommend to anybody to do first proper intermittent fasting as in strict by the rules and drop that fat first..I lost 47 lbs in 7 months in a healthy way..once i lost the weight..then I tuned into Athlean X for what i called my phase 2…the rebuild and sculpt from much lower fat levels than at start, now I follow his workout techniques and advices as I go along..kinda amps me up watching him just before my workout time not gonna lie..Athlean X body and fitness level is something to aspire to and I see him as my end goal..its where I want to be
As you get leaner watch how your body reacts. My sleep and hormones got impacted significantly at the 12% and lower range
Most people find that they feel and look their best in the mid to lower teens and that there is more forgiveness at that level. Anything 11% and lower is typically for the stage and gets much harder to maintain, has zero forgiveness, and its a way of life or hobby. Mid teens – you look great with moderate exercise, you can let loose sometimes and not worry about losing all the hard work you put in, and the differences are often minor unless someone knows what they are looking at. Essentially, 14% body fat will still look ripped to the average person and in most situations.

I have always been a sugar fiend, and one thing that has helped me with not giving into those cravings is having a couple squares of very dark chocolate once in a while—almost as a treat for rejecting sugar/junk cravings most of the time. That has helped form the discipline better over time.

for first time in my life I have been gaining weight and not been able to lose it, I know all these things you are talking about here, but there is a factor that you are not talking enough, and that is mental health, in order for one to implement a healthy routine it needs motivation and discipline, why would anyone want to improve their image if they don´t care about their life or their life have no meaning?

I can’t look at charts of men’s bodies and decide what bf% I am cause I swear my body waits till last second to finally get rid of that lower belly fat. From the chart I look like mid teens but my lower abs are fatter then these guys so idk

Be mindful of what u put in ur mouth, n realize that this is not a diet, but a CHANGE of eating. Eat CLEAN/BETTER, stay MOBILE, EXERCISE, n U WILL KEEP the WEIGHT DOWN. IT'S REALLY EASY TO REMEMBER—10% IN THE GYM, N 90% IN UR KITCHEN! STAY MOTIVATED, N STAY STRONG!

Really interesting but with a caveat: training over 4 day x week Is know to yeld minimal gain for the effort with a greter risk of injury on top of that, its a know scientific fact that anyone could check out.

The high 20s is a popular body fat percentage. 😂 I wouldn't say it's popular, it's very common.
And in the end, you need to find a job where you're working from home or not working at all….If you have a 730-4 job, then you're eating breakfast, lunch, dinner, dinner, dinner to get in the 5 meals a day. I get what he's saying, but it's not practical for the average person.
