And also doing it moving the cable from backwards to top
Nice video!
I bought cuffs on Amazon as my ghetto-ass gym never has any. This is how I do my lateral raises minus the ball. It definitely works well.
Whenever I see a random video showing how to do an exercise, I check to see if you've already posted something similar to see if it's true or false. I fully trust you'll have the right answer.
If ur gym dont have cuff try using the double d handle triangle grip
one more way to make your lateral raises better is by doing them from behind your body, so instead of the cable in front of you it’s behind you. For me it has worked slightly better.
This shredded my rotater cuff
The music from King Richard’s Hip-Hop Fair and Jousting is 🔥.
Are you supposed to feel it in neck? Thays all i feel it in 😢
Only jeff nippard can be so confident while talking bullshit
Lol u can do more reps with the cuff because the distance is shorter to the shoulder and its easier
What’s your thought about doing it behind your back?
Gym Geek 💪🏽🤓
Hobbits are buffed
What if you place to cable even higher? You would get 90 at even bigger stretch
Today, I was stretching across the body and someone said that i was hitting the chest. when i tried to explain the stretch, i failed – the dude was like, "there is no use of stretching the muscle, just contraction" 😂
Very good tips thx man
This guy…
A Master of his craft.
Find using the d handle with cables is nice too im still using the cables with wrist handles but the d handles add stability
For whatever reason, I find it more comfortable to have my arm going behind me instead of in front of me. I wonder what, if any, major difference that would make
When doing this with the cable, do you come across possibly using too much trap while laterally raising?
I thought you said to lean away from the machine to add tension at the bottom, because the bottom has the least tension 😮
Do you have to hold on? I just get a stable stance with my legs
Adjusting it from low to high made it much harder. I went from doing 50ibs to 20ibs,is that normal??
my gym doesnt have a readjustable cable machine, only top n bottom
Are the cuffs a gym equipment or not?
Maybe a dumb take I’m about to offer but isn’t it obvious that cuffs make it easier? The point of contact is closer to your shoulder and basic leverage physics says that will be easier. Doesn’t really mean your shoulder is getting worked harder.
This helped me massive! do you have tips like these for biceps? I cant hit them hard enough, i always feel it in my underarms not my biceps.
Cool
I get tennis elbow from this even when i take the wrist out of it with cuffs. Any advice?
Will cuffs help with tennis elbows? Doing lateral raise with tennis elbow brings pain
I can't get over the facial expressions😂
Finally i can feel my side delts 👍
How about drop the weight a bit so you're actually doing lateral raises and not ego pooping your form😂
You can two more reps bc there is a slightly smaller moment arm
Its not adjustable in my gym lmao
He makes people look like school scouts ❤
Man I never thought of cuffs. My wrist limits my total power on this exercise more than my delts
Now this guy is doing it right with no bent forearms and the lean forward, bravo. Do lower weights people.
Cuffs increase the tension ?
These hurt more than dumbbells. Reccomend. Good shit.
I don't have any cables and hand bandana. Can i use bricks.
neuromechanical matching.
There might be something to be said about training grip strength, which cuffs will obviate.
I always see these tips right after I hit the muscle group 🙁
Wowwww
not sure if you are accounting for the cuffs making the lever arm slightly shorter
the amount of vids ive watched on this guy is crazy cuz everytime im opening a pull door his voice is playing focus on a deep strech on your lats
Can I do these with rezistent bends at home?
Using cuffs gives you more advantage due to the smaller lever mechanism. It's just less force. It isn't necessarily more better.
