I was using 2 kg dumbbell then I felt like they do nothing so I bought 5kg dumbbell now I cant even lift them in read delt fly 🥲

5:42 this exercise, I can´t do it right because my dumbbells are rounds and literally I just roll off JAJAJAJA is there another exercise that I can replace with? sorry for my english, it is not my native language 😀
I am so dead after this workout since I didn't have the availability of dumbbells or water bottles so My engineering degree did play a crucial role I used my textbooks. Definitely would recommend really effective 😂😂😂👍
