Its not that calensthetics cant build muscle its that its really bad of doing it, you had to do over a thousand pushups just to stimulate any growth meanwhile if you used weights you could do one set of any chest exercise with a heavy load in 8-12 reps and you're already getting plenty of stimulation just by doing one set close to failure. I dont know how long it took you to get 250 push ups in but its definitely a much longer than a regular weight lifting set.

  2. Makes me glad to see a young man being a disciple of his own discipline. Keep your nose clean kid, stay in your lane, and never use that muscle to harm another, only to defend when there's no other choice. Looking forward to seeing your successes.

  3. It’s called being young. It’s your hormones. Testosterone levels. Of course you don’t need weights. You can get jacked by doing 50 pushups a week. It’s science.
