  1. I have follow the program 3 times in 4 years. Everytime I lost 12-15 kg in 3 months.

    Although, I used to gain weight once I quit the diet and gym. So, I had to start over again lol.

    Never give up on exercise and healthy eating

  2. I started mascular 8 diet exercise 5/8/23 1 week completed but I didn't started mascular 8 work out im doing mix workout. My weight 107 to now 105 i loss 2 kg in 1st week il give update later guys ❤

  3. Completed day 1 of workout today. The workout just took 40 mins. I was sweating a lot. Started from weight 66.3 kg on 12/10/22.
    Will let you know the progress on daily basis.

  4. i dont know how But Every month if i left Exercise And go to after a Year also I just do some of supersets giant sets Drop sets death set all combos 3 days a week and I just start changing in weeks .

  5. Hi sir, I am following mascular8 program but I am unable to do bar Dips Pushups can we replace this exercise with another exercise if not so please guide what is the trick for bar Dips Pushups so that I can do this exercise please help me sir🙏
