Completed day 1 of workout today. The workout just took 40 mins. I was sweating a lot. Started from weight 66.3 kg on 12/10/22.

I started supersets 4 years ago not doing it on continuely but Great results We get with all Gurumanns program .
i dont know how But Every month if i left Exercise And go to after a Year also I just do some of supersets giant sets Drop sets death set all combos 3 days a week and I just start changing in weeks .
