  2. its bc side delts have best leverage 0-90° and he did the bottom rom of the shoulder press which w descending resistance profile meaning it was harder where they had the best leverage

  3. Ah, they’re using my old wrestling coaches measuring system: “I need 110% effort cmon son!” Meanwhile, to this day, I wonder how one could ever go past 100% in anything. It’s confusing

  4. He had more lateral contraction because he was doing the full range of the machine, unlike a lot of people that just pump the top half. You have to initiate the weight with a raise when your arms are lower than your shoulders. He wasn’t ego lifting.
