  1. You did the cable crunches wrong. You are supposed to hold your glutes stable and don’t move them. You also move a lot with your back but you are supposed to only crunch and curl up and not hold your back half stable if you understand what I mean (my english is broke). Jeff explained it really good just do like he did in his tutorial

  2. Silly question, but I assume you're supposed to feel a burn of some kind with the cable crunches? I can guarantee my form is good and I'm doing a substantial amount of weight, but I'm not feeling anything.

  3. I can’t tell if this means this was good or not. “Shortest ab workout” followed by descriptions of how hard it was throughout followed by ‘here’s my workout’. I don’t know what I’m being told here with regards to Jeff’s workout as a conclusion.
