Once I got into my late 50s I began to realize , due to INJURIES, that using heavy weights was a bad idea.
Salut from morocco sur❤
I’m very impressed. I’m 63 and just started working out. I’ve lost 50 pounds and toned up. Do you think everyone can achieve the results you have? I think they can as long as they start with a great diet and single minded focus on your body from the age of 8 years old, great genetics and the ability to make fitness a full time career . Very few people can achieve your results without it being overarching focus of they’re lives. Maybe you could do some videos for beginners. Your videos seem to focus on those who are already accomplished athletes, but there are those of us who are trying hard and are at the beginning of our fitness journey.
I’d rather go uphill with weight, reps than be on the treadmill for a hour
I always love the shoes you’re rocking! What brands do you typically wear if you wouldn’t mind sharing? Thank you in advance!
Is this man natural ?
Dayum, gotta get my dead’s up to 315 😮
Dude, you are an absolute beast! Mad props, brother! what an inspiration!
I think his cardio for staying so lean is talking!
Properly monitoring your heart rate would give us a glimpse how those 15+ sets work. Were you into zone 4? Maybe zone 5 for the very last reps?
I always feel like I'm getting a lecture from my dad when he talks.
he doesnt need cardio because of trt and hgh
I wish I've seen this vid in my teens. If you want a natural, strong physique in your 50s and beyond you have to start training in your teens. I mean, It never hurts to start at any age but if you want serious results you have to put in the work early.
haha, you do not need cardio, and if you wanna do it, try circuit training and jump from one push exercise to one pull exercise with no rest in-between
I got DOMS just watching him rep out
Well said that Man 🤛
I'm 50 and recently dropped 130 pounds to finally hit my goal weight, using clean eating and lots of exercise. I lift and run (one mile jogs where I push myself, but not to the point of hating my life haha.) I'd like to get a little more muscle aesthetic. The gains are coming, just slowly. Is my running slowing that progress?
Paul do you eat spinach? Maybe you've heard that spinach is high is nitrates, which can have a positive effect on muscular strength.
Брать сколько тебе лет.
That's a Marvel level type body
I’m in my 50s and after pneumonia 15 years ago I’m always feeling tired, exhausted, fatigued which became lack of motivation as I know I’m going to be shattered later in the day after a workout. Just wondering if any advice on this as my last PT recommend TRT which I don’t fancy doing as never done any form of drugs.
He is one of the best that i have seen
and TRT

Salute for not having major injuries that impedes your training…
I have been working out consistently for over 40 years. I am 64 years old. I only work out two days a week because it takes that much time for me to recover. I've had hip replacements both shoulders operated on twice and right foot operated on twice. I've been diagnosed with degenerative spine disease. Two of my favorite exercises are dead lifts and squats. Due to low back issues I had to stop doing them a few years back. I would really love to start doing them again. I used a weight belt and straps. I always did proper form. Any suggestions on how I might can start back again? I have tried several different times but the low back pain gets worse.
