  1. This looks interesting. I swam a 525m on my back today which is really slow. I’m a beginner and have vertigo so, I’m going to try swimming on my back with a noodle and my arms above my head to see how I do. Thanks for the tips and please keep them coming!

  2. 2:46 It appears that she is turning her feet in pigeon toed some… but also the crazy flexibility of her ankles that us mere mortal runners can't come close to!!!
    Her feet look like flippers.

  3. Thanks for the video. But we tried this drill on back hands on the side, miserably not propelling at all no matter how much kicked. Instead at times move a bit and stop on opposite direction…. that was a sure signal the technique is completely wrong, can you advice?

  4. I heard that the toes should be pointed inwards also. Maybe it is mentioned somewhere in the video, but I missed it in that case.
