  1. Weird. Ive learned it the complete other way around. In germany we call this "strength / endurance". Kraft/Ausdauer
    And you have to do many reps to get this. For simple muscle GROWTH its not the amount of reps which count but that you train til/close to failure.

  2. For all my gym bros out there – Strength training will make your muscles much more denser as it will increase myfibrillar muscle fibres in your muscle as these fibres are responsible for strength in your body .

  3. Well… Technically, if you do 6 reps at the start, then increase the reps to 20… You're still getting stronger. But keep adding reps to your suggested goal and increase weight when you want to add optimal training to build muscle and strength

  4. Just curious, what happens if I do weighted Chin UPS for strength hypertrophy and reach fatigue, but I notice that I can do more sets(and i do more sets) if I put the weights off. should I do the sets then?

    What happens if I push myself? what happens if I don't? I mean I can do at least one of the two sets easily, no sweat 😉

  5. Can you help me figure out what I need to workout or stretch more to correct my posture when sitting down? My left trap always locks up so bad to the point were my touching my chest with my chin hurts a lot.
