Its ok but if your are over 16 hit the gym boys it will not only help you get in shape but it will also help in socializing with people trainers you will get more knowledge related to weights and forms exercise 😅ihope if you have some financial problem you can do it at home or on the streets running and cardio s hope it helps 😅

  3. For abs i think the better workout would be bicycle crunches, it covers the upper and lower abs and the obliques. Those v crunches that you did only cover the upper and lower abs
