In the first superset, did John mean for us to do 4 sets total, or 4 sets of each?
I like to scoop the weight kinda back and to the side for the rear delt flys. If that makes sense.
Bent Over Dumbbell Lateral Raise (Rear Delts) 15 (Lateral Raise), 8 (Wide Grip Row) reps 4 sets
Side Lateral Variation 10-12 reps 4 sets
Angled Dumbbell Raise (10 o'clock, 2 o'clock) 10 reps 3 sets
Six Ways 10 reps 2 sets

You know what’s funny is… I’m in great shape at 40 years old! Very healthy, happy and I’m doing a bodybuilding routine for 1.5 years now… it’s just a routine that I’ve put together on my own from a lifetime of learning, not a pacific and or professional program…but one thing I never workout (not intentionally anyways) is my shoulders and yet for some reason my shoulders are huge and have developed better than any other muscles group during my training!?!? All of my muscles are growing and developing great! So don’t misunderstand me here, lol… but I’m actually watching this video to see if I’m doing something that is isolating my shoulders that I’m just not aware of because my shoulders have not only developed so well! But they have developed better than ever before and better than any other muscle group over the last 1.5years of doing this!?!? 😂🤣🤷🏽♂️
And yes… I do realize how stupid that sounds! But it doesn’t make it any less true!?!?😂🤷🏽♂️
He has help me stay healthy!!!! But most of all he taught me to concentrate on the back body parts example Tr’s , Rear delts, Hams, Back! B/C it’s human nature to concentrate on the parts u can see !
These 6 ways are Awsome, I use them as a superset with rear delt reverse pec deck . You get a great great all around delt pump (go heavy on rear delts) (go light on 6 ways)
