  1. I have been watching a lot of your videos and its been helpful information. I am right now in the process of trying to lose the weight from my last pregnancy. This is my 3rd child, which my other two I had in my mid 20's. I am finding it harder to lose the weight in my 30's. I would love to see a video about how women in their 30's can loose the weight and get muscle back after a pregnancy.

  4. thank you for shedding light on this important topic. I struggled with food addiction for years, even though I was a health and fitness expert! I had nutrition info and all the knowledge of how to be fit and healthy, but I couldn't stop restricting during the day and bingeing at night. Ultimately my freedom came from going deeper and getting to the root of what was driving me to food in the first place. Once I got free from the things that were blocking me inside, my food issue went away. That was over a decade ago. I am so grateful. Thank you for the way you are trying to help people who struggle with this.

  5. I'm actually binge watching your videos-This content is so profound for I teach the exact same thing in my quit smoking classes but yet battle with my own food addiction. During my class I always state we ALL struggle with something and the environment I create for others (no judgement) I need to create for myself. I plan to listen to this specific video for the next 2 weeks; just to get it to digest. Thank you so much for sharing this material; you are changing lives.

  6. I like the booby trap scenario . Cos that's what it is ! And we should set them . I also like that it's acknowledged that the thoughts come in your head and you roll with them which does become the routine , we need to change the routine . I'm gonna try . Ta! X

  7. Evening snacker while surfing net- triggers snacking. My day BPC 2 cups coffee Am , 1 keto meal a day….but then keto snacking in the evening…fat bombs and pork rinds sometimes too many nuts. I know what I’m doing but sometimes controlling it is hard. I feel I should not do my genealogy research in the evening because sitting and being on my tablet is a snacking trigger for me that I’ve noticed. Very informative information..thanks
