  2. Hmm I’m gonna be honest. I liked the older cooldowns (specifically the 2019 one) more. In this one we keep going from laying down to standing up to being on our back to being on our front then going back to a downward dog then laying back down etc. like cooldowns are supposed to be about stretching and relaxing. Not spinning like a clock hand 😵‍💫

  3. I started Chloe ting challenge this year staring from Feb, about 2/3 sessions per week. Was able to keep up until June but then dropped off for about 2 months over the summer and I feel like I’m back to zero 😢

    Just finished the first class of the 2025 Hourglass challenge. Wish me luck guys, I really want to make it straight to Dec 🤞
