This stretching its mostly like a gift for the body, so relaxing after to stress the muscles. I feel so good ❤
Hmm I’m gonna be honest. I liked the older cooldowns (specifically the 2019 one) more. In this one we keep going from laying down to standing up to being on our back to being on our front then going back to a downward dog then laying back down etc. like cooldowns are supposed to be about stretching and relaxing. Not spinning like a clock hand 😵💫
I’m on my 2nd day, but it’s my second time of this challenge

I started Chloe ting challenge this year staring from Feb, about 2/3 sessions per week. Was able to keep up until June but then dropped off for about 2 months over the summer and I feel like I’m back to zero 😢

I am on day 3. It’s a breeze in comparison to 2 week shred 2019 and summer shred 2020 challenge. Getting back into Chloe ting after a year. I have missed this so much.
