  1. Watch him closely expanding his chest for extra range of motion for scapula. He says dont extend your back, but he is extending his back. Perfect posture doesnt exist. You must flow like water and adabt to your situation.

  2. If you have bad posture it can be a combination of a weak pec minor, weak low to mid traps, or weak serratus anterior. To strengthen pec minor you do what’s instructed in the in video or a simple doorway stretch. For low and mid traps you do t raises and y raises. Also doing Isometric Pull ups can activate those traps. And for weak serrated anterior you can do scapular push ups or scapular pull ups.

  3. Holy shit that basically fixed my posture ive been trying to fix for like a year. At first I literally couldnt go backward at all. Trust me it is completely doable I am not flexible whatsoever. I grabbed the longest golf club I have and It was very difficult and painful but my posture instantly looks so much better. Definitely going to keep doing it and progressing to a tighter grip.
