Avoid dairy products for a couple of days they decrease respiratory efficiency and superhydrate 2 days before the fight drink pee drink pee is oxidizes your muscles and don't train the day before let you body heal then finally when you warm up for the match itself just do a few super fast explosive warm ups it shocks the body and prepares it for combat does anyone agree or disagree with these methods please comment below

People focus on testosterone but that not the problem, it’s the other chemicals that are produced after sex like prolactin that can cause severe lack of motivation and depression, in some people is very severe, and that state of mind is not the best for fighting, abstinence definitely helps to keep that mental edge, but it depends on your physiology and how much an orgasm effects your personal brain chemistry.
