For those coming back from years of not working out or doing it for the first time:
Superman Full Pushup: Do pushups on your knees and if you can't manage any on your knees, then do them on your stomach as it will still strengthen your arms.
Progression: stomach -> knees -> normal pushups -> burpees -> original
Side Plank Rotations: Do a normal plank on your knees, you can collapse but get back up after a few seconds.
Progression: normal plank on knees-> normal plank -> side plank -> original
Toe Touches: Do them in the bicycle position
Progression: google it
Everything else: Do it at a pace you can manage

This is a great daily video to start my day. Agreeing with others who say that a 5-minute routine gives you no excuses, so it's a great way to work on a routine and build other good habits from this foundation. One question though: the song drives me crazy. It's like, a dramatic break-up song? Would be so stoked to follow the same video but with something more neutral 😅
