  1. Ever tried "Hell and Backs"?

Its essentially this, but after you go down, you go back up…

i think its harder going from heavy to light than vice versa, but lately ive been stuck on doing pyramids, 1 arm at a time as the only break going from light to heavy in 5lb increments with 3 different exercises…

-Bent over (hanging arm) concentration curls, 10-12 reps per weight, this is for the short head

    – drag curls (long head isolater, same method, 1 arm at a time)

THEN after fatiguing both heads, I do a drop set of standard curls like this from heavy to light…

(Optional, a dropset of hammers at the end going from moderate to light weight, high reps)

I've never had a bicep pump last that long after a workout. 😂

  2. Drop sets!👍I do those with everything! I call I staying "IN"THE MUSCLE!! Most guys will do 8-10 reps and call it a set! Stay in the muscle, your already in it keep going!drop sets add reps an intensity! what he's doing,I would have 3sets of dumbbells on the floor 40z,30z and throw the icing on with the 20z THATS ONE SET! CALL IT WHAT YOU WANT (DROP SETS)(TRIPLE UPS) OR SUPER SETS,IT DOESN'T MATTER THAT SHIT WORKS! CRAZY ON SHOULDER DAY🙏🤔🇺🇲💪

  3. Wait so 10 reps as heavy as possible.. my mind is blown.. Maybe take some tren or horses or idk.. anything before repping 30's.. hold please. Any middle school tubba player can do a max 10x on 30's

  4. Im so happy that i found your page good sir im on my weight-lifting and fitness journey right now and your page is nothing but inspirational 💪🏿💪🏿 thanks man you have a new subscriber

  5. Paul isn’t a drop set normally just for the last set?

Also, would this arm workout be a regular part of one’s program or just a once in a while thing?
