I never really felt my back and lats growing till I switched out pulldowns for chin ups. Finally getting stronger
Just started watching him, sad to hear he passed 🙁
My left side is wide and thick my right side is nonexistent even done unilaterally I can’t get a pump in my right side from traps to lower lat. hell I can’t even pump up my right lower back

Honestly, I think you could delete virtually all other back training videos on YouTube. So many good tips.
