How much should dumbell weight
I don't want to use weights, but this video is added to one of the other programs I'm doing. I didn't want to miss the workout, so I did this whole video by making a fist without the weights. I just wanted to understand if this works or am I wasting my time?
But i dont own dumbells 😅

How many kg of weight should a beginner use when doing this?
i don't own any dumbbells but i had some 5 lbs plates laying around so i basically fingered those for the duration of this workout and it worked great 😀
