  4. Dude, I’m 61 and the moves are helping me so much. I’m very fit for my age but I’ve been in weight training my whole life and the primordial moves are awesome.

    I have a question in one of your short videos doing stretching you had something around the toes on your right foot is that to straighten the toes? I’m having a problem like that and I am looking for something to help.

  6. I'm 40 and am and have been active but the simple 180 jump made me feel like an old man. All these movements and if you don't do them, lose the ability to, or to do them easily (as should be) or well. I thanked God for you guys. Thank you for your guidance and good work
