Dude, I’m 61 and the moves are helping me so much. I’m very fit for my age but I’ve been in weight training my whole life and the primordial moves are awesome.
I have a question in one of your short videos doing stretching you had something around the toes on your right foot is that to straighten the toes? I’m having a problem like that and I am looking for something to help.
