I do cross training with running and cycling on alternating days…my lower body works ok…but none of them really train my upper body…hence my search for this video …will try this for 2months and update🤘
I work out at the gym 4x a week and lift. Bodyweight exercises are harder.

Wish me luck cause this is day 1 and I recently don’t like how I look in the mirror rn but I’ll make some changes
I definitely couldn't do all of these pushups so I had to stand on my knee to do them. Will do them normally once it becomes easy
I came here to do the full workout but halfway through I did something to my elbow and it didn't like when I did pushups lol

Easily intermediate for most -let’s be honest. I’m in good shape babe couldn’t event do 1 trice push-up 😂 great workout to aspire to for beginners though
i'm 15, i wasn't necessarily out of shape, but i didn't have any muscle definition or alot of strength. now i just finished the first half of day 5. LETSS GET IT FAM!!

For Beginners!? after the first Plank interval my arms detached, walked into the living room, and stared out the patio door. 🤣🤣🤣 Just kidding. This workout was right on time bro. I have been vibing to your videos for a month now and am showing significant muscle tone improvement.
Came back just cuz🎉🎉.. apart of the day workout.. everybody keep going! Don't give up. It's tuff I know, I know it is at some point. But keep going.. you one day closer to the finish line
