  1. طريقة العرض غير جيدة ..لا استطيع ان اعمل التمرين واشاهد هل انتهى العد ام لا ..الافضل جرس للبداية وجرس للنهاية ..كي اتوقف عن التمرين وابدا في الاخر ..

  2. My 31 days for exercise with a diet. Day 1: couldn’t finish stomach was hurting. Day 2: Finish the video and I could feel the burn in my abs
    Day 3: When I sucked my stomach I notice a change that I could see the abs forming
    Day 4: I see visible lines in my stomach vertical and horizontal
    Day 5: rest day
    Day 6: rest day
    Day 7: I have a 2 pack in the upper abs but fat in the rest down
    Day 8: I can see the square of abs but only still 2 pack kinda visible
    Day 9: I can jog for longer
    Day 10: I started to do 200 squats, sit ups, and crunches I started to feel more energized
    Day 11: I quit the 200 reps but I notice visible changes
