  1. Ваши тренировки, просто чудо! У меня сейчас сложный период, депрессия. Я надеваю утяжелители на ноги и погнала:стараюсь дышать в ритм с движением, что бы не было српазма диафрагмы. Прочищает мозги капитально! Простые, монотонные движения, то что нужно, что бы избавиться от тревоги

  2. I really enjoyed this workout. Excellent work out for senior citizens, post injury or very obese people. Low impact, moderate stress. I did it with ankle weights. The first 2 rounds increase heart rate to 150 and then it is a steady 150-165 throughout. Does not cause muscle fatigue. Perfect for period days or no motivation/lazy days. 360 active calories burnt 457 in total. 4.65km walk. My only problem is the music. Beats are off. So I kept struggling to keep pace with the instructor as the music is a beat slow. Would do this once a week with ankle weights and dumbbells. Just the right speed for dumbbells ❤️ thank you .
