  3. Hi BurpeeGirl (sorry I don't know your name), I just come across your video here and feel thrilled to do it. But I may have a few questions:
    1. can I freely use different weights for different moves as some of the moves I may not be able to lift two 4kg to finish..;
    2. can I use a dumbbell for some of the moves?
    3. And just a humble suggestion here: if you can feature/add in a section of warm-up and cool-down stretching that would be perfect!
