  2. This is now a fave! Felt like a spider. I played football in high school and what I love about the zwows is how most of the exercises are almost identical to our conditioning days. Everyone hated them but they were done during regular season and a lot during off season. An odd sort of nostalgia today. heh heh

  4. So wait she literally only will work out like 12 minutes a day with a body like that???? Here I workout like an hr a day and def dont look like that. I mean im pretty fit but i def dont have the muscle she does

  5. I can't feel my calves….. Made a mistake and was jumping over 2 dumbells instead of 1. Didn't realize until the very end. Felt so dumb!!! Keep up the good work zuzana and thank you.

  6. In another video I believe she says she likes to just eat food, she takes a fish oil supplement or something, but she says the best thing is food, and supplements are low quality food. It makes sense to me, a long time ago when people use to have to farm for a living and work hard all day long they didn't have weird supplements, they just ate food right

  7. finished in 13:00, but added push-ups to the spiders. love your videos zuzka, been trying to do a different one 3-4 times a week, and i'm lovin the results!!! i feel so much stronger since ive started these!!!!! one day ill have abs (and hopefully boobs) like you 🙂

  8. ufff 15:48! i think i am bad at timing, but i also think it must be because i do some sprint and walking for an hour before the workouts and then afterwards i am tired…(?) i hope it is… ahahaha! thanks Zuzka!!
