This is now a fave! Felt like a spider. I played football in high school and what I love about the zwows is how most of the exercises are almost identical to our conditioning days. Everyone hated them but they were done during regular season and a lot during off season. An odd sort of nostalgia today. heh heh
Whew! I managed 3 rounds in 9:13 so I pushed myself for a fourth round and completed in 12:09! Great workout, especially love the spiders to work those obliques!

I can't feel my calves….. Made a mistake and was jumping over 2 dumbells instead of 1. Didn't realize until the very end. Felt so dumb!!! Keep up the good work zuzana and thank you.

In another video I believe she says she likes to just eat food, she takes a fish oil supplement or something, but she says the best thing is food, and supplements are low quality food. It makes sense to me, a long time ago when people use to have to farm for a living and work hard all day long they didn't have weird supplements, they just ate food right
