Day 26 of Zuzka 100+ Challenge – Short and sweet. Stuck with the 15 Dynamic Squats (as given at the start) for each round – despite Zuzka cheating and only doing 10. I was wondering: "How is she smashing these so quickly?" Those Prisoner Get-ups are killer.
Loved this! 3 full rounds plus 15 Russian kicks….I had to put my hands down every time during the get ups.

Thank you! This was super challenging workout for me. I like that it had only 4 exercises that target the whole body. I choose to focus on keeping good form, but it cost me a few extra minutes. Also dive bombers were modified into push ups and/or planks for me. I will come back to this again and try to beat my own time! Love it!
I can do all the moves except the prisoner get ups. Is there a modified version of that exercise?

Just when you thought 10 minutes meant easier as well as shorter, you have to kick back up to full blast without let up! Those prisoner get ups were br00tal brutality without a doubt. A most supreme and mighty workout!

A lighting comment. My opinion of course. I don't know if you can paint that padded flooring, but it's not reflecting any light. You're disappearing into it. You don't need that giant diffusion panel because you have no wrinkles. More specular lighting would show off your muscles better. Especially those abs! You, on the other hand, are fantastic as always.
This is by far my most favorite of all of Lady Z's current 51 ZWOW's to date! I completed 5 Rounds in 15:17. That is my fastest time yet. I like to do a little bit more if I've got it in me and so I did! Thank you Zuzka for this 'Core Crusher' Work out. It's also a great workout if you don't have a lot of space to exercise in. Just over 3 rounds! I can do all the exercises just fine, except for the dive bombers! I get so far behind on those. My upper body strength is just not there yet!

I have the same question as you but, I think both can, cuz the goal is fitness, not for heavy muscle building.
Every time a do a Zwow i feel like dying about from the middle:) Did almost 3 rounds. Unfortunately, cant yet do normal divebombers, so I do them on the knees. Hope that some day I will rock Zwows without a sweat:)))

Only the first round had 15 dynamic squats in, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th rounds only had 10 x dynamic squats in?
Did you reduce the number on purpose? :-/

Got close to finishing 3 rounds. Can't wait to try this again in a month and see the progress!

Zuzana- Don't listen! I love watching you struggle… you know… like ANY HUMAN STRUGGLES while doing these amazing feats of fitness. Besides, "Ample time" between sets is not what we're here to do! Just found you and these workouts are AWESOME. Keep it up and thank you!
