  1. Had to walk the burpees when I was too tired and modified it at times. Also took some breaks to slow my heart rate for about 30 seconds or less. I'm sweating my ass off but completeled it without stopping completely ☺️💪😎

  2. Yay! This has become my weekly Saturday workout since feb 2018.
    First time I did it it took me one hour and 20 min (a touch over that actually.) and I do it with 10lbs weights. Today I hit 27 min and 15 seconds!! Hooray! The best and most satisfying competitor really is yourself. 🙂

  3. So, basically the last time I did this video was in Februaryish 2018. Around march I realized that since I hadn't mastered a solid pushup, and jump lunges were super stilted….I needed to take time away from the zuzka workouts bc what was happening was—while I was doing the videos, poor form was essentially making me not efficient (or proficient) in the workouts. So, in April, I started doing 100 military pushups and 100 squats a day. In 2 weeks, I made the last 40 pushups, burpee variations (with knee tuck jumps thrown in to strengthen my core), and my ontop of the 60 squats I was doing, I finished with 60 jump lunges and 40 side lunges)……And I did all that every single day until I mastered doing them with perfect form. I came back to this workout and while in Feb it took me 1 hour 20 minutes to complete this (most because I was on the ground dying inbetween the burpees)…this time I did it in 37 min. Def not zuzka badass level….but I shaved off a considerable amount of time. 🙂 Her workouts are WONDERFUL and I owed it to myself to master a few moves so that I could maximize her GENIUS workouts. PS—I'm 5'2 168lbs….so DEFINITELY not an athlete whatsoever. 🙂
