  1. I like the "Flying Burpees" but watch your backs with the abdominal crunch. Some back strengthening exercises would compliment the existing exercises in this video.

  2. Most of these exercises actually work out the muscles connecting your hips to your thighs. For a real abs workout one needs to curve the spine inwards and shorten the chest to hip distance through abdominal contraction.
    These same muscles called Pectineus and Tensor muscles are most of the time in a contraction due to the fact that we SIT ALL DAY!!! So this work out promotes tensing up that same muscle group.
    However the intensity of this 15 min exercise will help one warm up and work that core a bit.
