Every time I look at your shoulders when you are not doing anything they look like they are being pulled forward by tight pectoral muscles, and since we know you do push ups I've got to ask you if you are remembering to stretch your pectorals after chest exercises? Easy to do if you are unfamiliar, stand in a doorway, raise your arm to shoulder height, bend your elbow and place your forearm on the frame as if you were waving to someone. Lean and turn away from the arm to get a stretch.

I really think what your doing so far is great, do you think you could either record your workouts for the middle of the week and post it and or Terrell us which ones your doing so we can put similar ones together so were work out more than once thoughly per week. I am but still not creative enough to stay motivated enough to lose excess weight. Failure is not my friend though so we shall not meet. I will get where I want to be and am happy your along for motivation and a visual reminder. Thnx

  7. Great video, but I think the shot was a little out of focus even at 720p. Or the focus wasn't on Zuzka, but on the background. Either way, these breakdowns are awesome!

With a little creativity you really don't need to buy any equipment…I duct taped a 22lb bag of road salt for the weighted bag, put a broom handle between two chairs to do reverse pull ups, and did anything elevated with the seat of a chair. It takes a bit more work, but there's only so many bodyweight exercises that can be done, and especially adding weight and elevation really amps things up!
