  2. First, thank you for all you do for the fitness minded. I started with you over a year ago and you have completely changed the way I work out. The big bonus is that I see results like nothing before. I'm a 53 year old female and I've been able to shed pounds and tone up thanks to you!
    The preview doesn't play on my iPad. Any suggestions for a fix?

  3. Still miss you without the pushup bras. BUT [as I've said in the past], obviously it's your decision. Just think you looked more elegantly sexy. Still beautiful, I just think they take away the focus from the other parts of your perfect self!!

  4. Also, any chance that the full real-time video can have a ticker along the bottom, or on one of the margins which show the names and reps of the sets in the routine? Then if I get ahead, or behind the progress in the video, I don't have to interrupt my set to pause or forward the video?

I'm warming up to having the techniques demonstrated and explained in the preview video instead of the main one, but can the main one be posted with the list of exercises so people can try and track down their favourites when searching through older videos? (e.g. if I really like doing "skaters" then I can find out if the routine includes "skaters" by reading the remark posted under the video?

    Gymball squeeze
    Plank jax 2 spreadjumps +left leg up+rleg up=1 rep
    High up cross abs
    Dragon kicks each side

  7. I have now finally done ALL of your zwows atleast once! 😀 now i'm going to do my favorites… and work on my weaknesses ofc :). Feels GOOD! Kinda scared of the new zwow#40 though 😛 wish me luck haha

  8. It is dangarous if you have lower back problems, just do mountain climbers with completely straight back, keep buttocks low, jump forward, not side-forward, don't curve lower back.

  9. Another workout without exercises for the upper back muscles, but there are 2 for the chest and several workouts dedicated to triceps. Doing these workouts creates muscles imbalance. The mountain climber variation is not good for people with lower back problems.
