  1. still one of my go-to butt/cardio workouts. Im 59 yrs old i woke up with no motivation pushed myself into it and ended up doing 6 rounds with 25 and 30 lb bells. feeling endorphosized now! if thats a real word:)

  2. great wrkout! helps if the camera man would show more of ur leg positions (lower body form) instead of so many head shots. need to see ur legs & feet during exercises.
